Registration Requirements

If a technical error occurs in a transaction, or an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. Keep a record of the erroneous transaction — submitting a complaint with the transaction ID and screenshot will allow for a faster resolution.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered.

General Terms for Bonuses

• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.

General Gaming Terms

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and transparent.
• If the internet connection is lost mid-game, the result of the last confirmed round will be considered final.
